Chris brown stalkerChris Brown’s unwanted and frankly a little creepy house guest has been charged with felony burglary, stalking and vandalism.

The 21-year-old was found naked in Brown’s bed at his Agoura Hills mansion on May 6th.

Prosecutors say Amira Kodcia Ayeb spent 4 days inside Brown’s home while the singer was in Vegas celebrating his birthday. When Brown and his security team arrived home they found woman’s clothes in the entryway and “I LOVE YOU” spray-painted across his kitchen counter.

(Thankfully, no bunnies were boiling on the stove!)

This case has been marked by surprises since the beginning. It’s surprising she wasn’t held on a 5150 when she was taken in. It’s surprising she pled “not guilty” instead of “not guilty by reason of insanity.” What isn’t surprising is the judge was unwilling to release her on her own recognizance, instead insisted she have mental evaluation first.

 Miley Cyrus

A Judge sentenced the man convicted of breaking into Mylie Cyrus’ home last year to two years in prison.

Sellner22-year-old Rusty Sellner pleaded no contest to the burglary. Sellner has previous convictions for burglary and evading arrest. Charges of receiving stolen property and grand theft were dropped in exchange for Sellner’s no contest plea in February.

At the time of sentencing Sellner had credit for the 270 days he’s been in custody, so with all of the other good conduct credits he’ll get, he may be home in time for the Labor Day telethon.

 Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan_The InsiderIt appears Lindsay Lohan is on a new kind of bender – one to complete her court ordered community service. Over the weekend she posted photos from the TLC Women’s Shelter in New York City. What caught people’s attention wasn’t Lindsay working but rather her outfit – a revealing little black dress. Not your standard gardening outfit.

A judge has given her until May 28 to complete the community service – it’s basically 115 hours in two weeks. That may be difficult to pull off.

Frankly no one wants to put Lindsay in jail, they want her to get her hours done. As I always say, People go through life as an example or a warning and in this case Lindsay has the chance to be both… If she beats the clock!

 Ray Rice

A judge has dismissed the domestic violence charges against Ray Rice, the former Baltimore Ravens running back.

Ray Rice_The InsiderIt’s almost like it never happened. Rice was required to attend the pretrial intervention program for a minimum of one year, with the charge of third-degree charge aggravated assault set to be dismissed upon his successful completion of it.

Under terms of the program, Rice paid $125 in fines and received anger management counseling. The arrest will remain on Rice’s record, but there will be no conviction.

These kinds of pretrial diversion programs are not uncommon. Its good lawyering, but not celebrity treatment.
