Kim and Kanye, otherwise known as the West family, sued Chad Hurley over a leaked video the couple’s engagement. According to the lawsuit, Hurley secretly shot their engagement and posted it online. The couple claimed Hurley manipulated his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco in 2013 to see the proposal.

Despite having signed a confidentiality agreement, Hurley posted the video on his site MixBit. It looks like Hurley chose to settle the case rather than take his chances with a jury and risking being ordered to pay even more.

Hurley was one of two founders of You Tube. They sold the site to Google for $1.65 billion in 2006.

The fireworks lit up the sky at midnight Tuesday at Khloe’s boyfriend NBA star James Harden’s birthday party. Nearby neighbors are mad. The show was loud and according to neighbors caused big disruptions for countless children asleep on a school night.

They can be mad but the Kardashian crew followed the law. Because the barge where the fireworks were launched was in the water they were not required to reach out to the city, only the Coast Guard, and they were. The city says they will review the process and make changes if necessary.
